horrible. i don't know which hope chest this is but hope chest 2 was not good. The manager and one of the employee was being less then professional towards each other and in front of the customers. I heard that ther was a customer that was hit on the head by a picture frame that fell. And when the manager was told what happen he said that it wasn't HIS problem right infront of the other customers!! What a horrible mangager. I am never going back. Even though the profit is going to something good, most of the people working there isn't good
