Review content:
I took my girlfriend there for her birthday. I made reservations for 9:00 p.m.- got seated at 10:15! Actually, I am not so peeved about the length of the wait, I realize that it does happen on a Friday night in SF. But our hostess was completely rude and unaccomodating. Other than her only words of ""you have to wait, its not ready,"" we had to track her down to ask about the status of the table. She didn't show the least bit of caring or concern. Except for the hostess, the food, waitstaff, and sommelier was great. But her treatment turned us off.
