Review content:
The manager at Foxy Fast Lube is very rude and unprofessional. I was told that there would be an hour wait for the emission test. I had no problem with that. What I did have a problem with is that they moved my car and left the radio, blower and heat seats on. I turned the key off. I saw them move it again and they left the power on. At that time I removed the key. They started to move the cars for the 3rd time so I approached the manager and asked if he wanted me to move the car. He told me since the keys were not in the car that I missed my turn in line. I explained to him about the car being left on and he could not have care less. He proceeded to argue with me in front of other customers. He then grabbed my keys and started to my car. I had to ask him to get out of my car and left. I will no longer do business with this company.
