I will NEVER go back to this place again!! They ruined two very expensive jackets!
The woman took the wrong measurements and despite my bringing this to her attention, proceeded to use those wrong measurements. I came back a week later to pick up my jackets and they were EXTREMELY tight on me. I could not lift my arms at all! They blamed me for not knowing how to WEAR a jacket... According to them, they a completely blameless and it is my fault they made a mistake... oh wait, they didn't make a mistake at all!
I was still required to pay for these items of clothing. I have no idea whether these garments are salvageable, but you can bet I'm not going back there to get them re-done! I think I'll try place where the owners actually speak English and behave in a professional manner.
Cons: Rude uncaring staff only concerned about making $$$$
