Tom Nicklow of Minnetonka Realty knows much more than just Minnetonka real estate. He knows the whole Minneapolis/St.Paul real estate market. We have worked together on a number of occasions over the past 26 years. Tom was my agent when I purchased my first home. It was located in Minneapolis. We sold that home together and then worked together to purchase another single family home in Burnsville. Tom just recently sold my townhome in Burnsville inside a week of it's listing. We achieved top dollar for it. In fact, I believe we got nearly 20% more for it than any other comparable that sold in the complex in the past year. I recommend Minnetonka Realty! He knows the Twin Cities as well!
