Review content:
A friend reccommended this place and we went for facials while we were on vacation in Santa Fe. The service was really surprisingly bad. The woman doing my facial (who turned out to be the owner), seemed to spend the better part of my session running the cash register and making phone calls in the entry room. She made peculiar and unrelaxing conversation and I couldn't wait for the session to end. When I got home a few days later, I found I had broken out. I called to ask for a refund and the owner was surprisingly rude to me. (Of course, they have a no refund policy.) There are several great spas in Santa Fe. Pick one of them instead!
