I was quoted 465 for a brake job (rotors, calipers and pads) and told it would take about an hour . I dropped the car off and called two hours later to see what was going on. I was told they were almost done and the secretary was writing up the ticket and she would call me back. One and a half hours after that I called again and was told it was done, she was busy and trying to figure out a new computer system and hadn t written up the ticket yet. She finally just wrote one up by hand and I was charged for almost 2 hours of labor (quoted about an hour ) and 20 dollars each more for calipers. With tax, it came to 523. Not a bad price compared to what I was quoted at another shop, but I will never go back. Service was bad and I don t like being told one price and having to pay more!
