Review content:
It was a treat when my Dad brought home Charlie's hamburgers wrapped in their little wax paper bags, usually on a Friday night after he finished his second shift at Boeing in Morton. I'm now living in Bucks County, but my husband is also a Charlie's fan. We drive down once or twice a summer. Nobody mentioned it, but is Charlie's still closed from the last weekend in October to the last weekend in April?
Oh yes, I remember skipping class to go to Scotty's in Springfield too, but Charlie's is better.
Does anyone know if Jimmy John's is still there out on Route 1? Check out the pictures in Charlie's of Jimmy John and Charlie and their wives.
Anyway, you don't need fries and onion rings - Charlie's is like the ""Cheeburger, Cheeburger"" place from Saturday Night Live. They know what they do best, and they stick to it.
Pros: hamburgers, service, shakes
