In short: DO NOT USE DAN""S AUTO CENTER. I had been a customer of Dan's for many years. However, a change in management/ownership has recently occurred. The new management is not to be trusted. I recently had my car serviced, and using another mechanic to check their work I found that faulty used parts had been used and when confronted about this, the male front desk staff became threatening and abusive and were unwilling to replace the faulty used part they replaced. They've lost my business for good. Dan's mission statement says they aim for ""friendly atmosphere"" but this too is a lie: they were abusive and threatening.
