All I can say is don't live here if you have any other options. The place has come under new management and although they are making it prettier on the outside, when you truly need something from the office it's another story. I have been the recipient of snide remarks when trying to get info on maintenance issues and when trying to coordinate package pickup from the office. When I complain to the manager about this, she responds with ""I'm so sorry you feel that way"". THIS IS HER ANSWER TO EVERY COMPLAINT and basically means that she will be doing nothing to correct the problem. Nothing like a big kiss-off when all you wanted was better customer service.
