Treated me badly when there was a problem. These guys (evil cockroaches) sold me some batteries a few years back which failed not long after I purchased them. When I contacted them, they did not make it right and simply did not care about the problem. I did contact the manufacturer who was willing to handle the problem... but how do you safely and reasonably ship car batteries because of their weight. Go to Sam's Club who's batteries are made by Johnson Controls (very reputable company) or Batteries Plus. At least they stand behind what they sell and will not turn you out like a $2 hoe. Deka was good about it but the battery man was really bad :(
