Review content:
I came to S&M with a bridesmaid dress that was two sizes too big. The whole time the lady was making the adjustments she kept asking me why I didn't get a smaller dress (I ordered the size the boutique told me to order). When I went to pick up the dress I tried it on and it was too small. The woman could not even zip it up. Instead of apologizing and admitting the mistake she told me that I had gained weight and she just sewed the lines she made. I told her she had to take some out. I came back the next day to pick up the dress. It did fit better, still did not look right and again she tried to tell me I had gained weight in the week that it took her to take the dress in. I was livid and I paid $70 when I dropped the dress off the first time so I didn't get any sort of discount or refund!! It was awful and I will never go back. They cannot be trusted with important garmets!!
Cons: hours not conducive with the working world and customer service was horrific!!
