Review content:
During the past few months there has been many thefts at Copperfield. Residents have been asked to report them to the office and not the Police. Nothing is being done to catch the employee. It has to be an employee since there is no forced entry only the use of the master key for the apartments. Due to sentimental value, and monetary this has been sent to the State of MN as well and Copperfield is NOT cooperating with the State Agency either. Robbinsdale Police have now been called by at least 2 residents to report the thefts. Think twice before placing a family member here unless you keep all valuable and anything with sentimental value at another location.
Their brochure also says an RN is on duty 24 hours a day. They do not have an RN on duty in those buildings 24 x 7. Not a good place to have someone move into.
