I was traveling to my daughters for the holidays and the water pump I just had installed two months ago was acting up. I contacted Shurflo and was told to find an RV shop in the area and that they would replace it for free, they gave me the numbers to two locatons in the Marietta area. I called Three way and they said they couldnt even look at me for two weeks, so I called the Camping World store and explained my problem. The young man I talked to told me the were extremely busy, being that it was a holiday week, but to come on in an that i might take a bit , but they would take care of me. I walked in and was greated by everyone in a Camping World shirt and was walked to the service deparment by a salesman, and introduced to Todd in the service department. He took my information and checked me in for service, and advised me that they had a waiting room and that I was welcome to relax there or walk around the sales lot, which I did. It seemed like no time and I was informed that I was ready to go. As I walked into the facility, I realized that I had been there for approximately 2 hours, I thanked the service department for getting me fixed and payed the labor to swap the part. It was an awesome experience here, I didnt even by the water pump from them it was done a a mom and pop shop back home, but they put a new one in for me and got me back on the road to my daughters. I just knew that I would have to wait for a few hours,but it turn out to be a great expereince, and I will look for a camping world the next time I need service.
