Review content:
The only person who seemed somewhat warm in the office was the receptionist. The important part is who is going to be working on your teeth though. The dentist along with the dental assistant was very unfriendly. No smiling. No caring. I actually got attitude from the actual dentist who was going to look at my aching tooth. He seemed to think that me being allergic to the normal numbing shots that they give is nothing bad and that I should just take them. I don't know who in their right mind is okay with shaking uncontrollably with their heart racing uncontrollably while waiting to be worked on. I know from experience that I am not okay with feeling like that especially when they can give me a numbing shot that does not have the specific substance in it that I am allergic to. Also, when I tried to ask the doctor what was going on with my aching tooth he was VERY uninformative with telling me what was wrong with my tooth. It was like PULLING A TOOTH trying to get him to show me what tooth had what wrong with it and where on the x-ray you could see the problem.
Pros: Nice receptionist
Cons: Awful uninformative uncaring staff
