I am not a member but have noticed & reported a suspicious white truck that parks in the church's lot while the church is unoccupied & watches the house next to the church. I have reported an elderly male who stands in the bushes & watches the house & occupients next to the church. Truck's make is unknown to me as is the license plate. An investigator came to my door to ask about an unrelated inccident & she was not interested when i mentioned the truck & the creep who watches us since moving to this area a few months ago. Couple in the house are biracial so the peeping Tom like creep may be psychotic or about to commit a hate crime either way Floyd county police or Rome City cops could care less.We do find it strange that a church located next to atleast two residents who are cops & the church has members in & out through out most of the day,knows he can park in the daylight undetected or unquestioned by members or cops.Maybe the creep is a member but the church just pretends not to notice his wierd activities or just don't tell on their own. The cops are suppose to be civil servants & should want to know why this creepy old dude is spying on a local property next to this Babtist church actually from their property. This guy's intentions aren't good.Since the cops do not care nor does the church members when i happen up on this guy again by accident as always. I will simply flip him off & we can go from there.Maybe provoke a response to jar him from his stupor
