Real pieces of work! Does it make you feel good about yourself to just be mean? I can only imagine how horrible your self esteem is. I do not have anything in collections and I work in collections, so it's not my fault because I didn't pay my bill and I do know the ropes. It is very hard to get money from people and they should have to pay. I too have heard every storey in the book and know that you can't fall for every storey and yes you do have to have a gaurd so that you can deal with it. BUT EVERY MORNING BEFORE I START WORK I SAY, ""REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE""! I have collected more money then all the tough as nails agents I work with and we have now evaluated the way things are done with a much more positive outcome for everyone.
