Review content:
After just losing a family member we visited them because we wanted to purchase a monument for the local cemetery. I just want to say, I do not feel as if they cared about me. It was a cold greeting at the door, did not ask me how I was doing, or for that matter what my name was. It just seemed they wanted to get a sale and that was it. They are knowledgable in the monument field itself, but need some training on people skills. I spent 30 or so minutes with their associate got a few prices and left. I just feel there should have been more compassion towards my situation. I am sure they are hard working people, but less work and more work on the people side would have helped get my sale. Needless to say, I went elsewhere
