I came home from work around 5:30 PM to find my freezer completely defrosted and the food in my refrigerator going bad. I went to the phonebook and found a card for General Appliance right on top. I called and spoke with Tom and there was a technician at my home before 7. They did the necessary repairs and my fridge was cold before I went to bed. I see there is a 25% off labor coupon here but when I mentioned the ad from the phonebook they honored that higher discount of 30% off labor. I've used other appliance companies before and I have never felt as comfortable with one as I felt with General. I'll be sure to call them again in the future.
