i am not one to bother to complain,but i considered trusting in car dealers for warranty purposes.that autos were to be ready for the road and safe to drive.my mistake at audio access was to make full payment before defects were repaired.such as a windshield defect which in turn will continue to get worse and i dont feel should pass nys state inspection,also agreed upon to be repaired before pickup of vehicle.not to be told it cant be repaired,well dealer should replace it was agreed to be repaired..also rusted shock towers considered a safety issue agreed upon to be repaired.take special note being repired but at the expense of purchaser..this vehicle is for a young man to drive..nothing has been honest or upstanding about this buisness..it will continue on through the nys dmv complaint division..buyer beware dont pay in full till all defects are satisfied....only dealer ive dealt with not to be upstanding ..buyer beware here...
