The value on many of theses properties, especially in Manhattan, typically exceed $1,000,000.00 Our Borrowers were impressed with their professionalism and demeanor. Their appraisal quality and turn around time were good. They worked well with our large processing staff and were willing and flexible to accommodate the typically busy schedules of our high-net worth borrowers.
