Packaging was horrible -- product was damaged when received but ""Fred"" at Arrowhead didn't care -- he got his money. For in stock items it took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive but they were unable to do tracking because he shipped USPS which will not run a trace for 30 days. The $30 shipping charge apparently wasn't enough for Arrowhead to buy a shipping box, so they tore open thin cardboard display boxes for product I bought, shoved other products inside, and taped it over. These boxes were mutilated on the corners by the time they arrived at my home. I have never seen a worse packaging job in many years of mail ordering from dozens of vendors. I will never order from there again.
Pros: Stock lots of items
Cons: Everything else.
