Review content:
We put a large order in for an organization. the photo shoot went ok I guess, but when we received the photos, the soft lighting that we requested was not evident in the pictures. I also was shocked that nothing was retouched. Lastly, our order was incomplete, and I still cannot get a call back from anyone to get it corrected. I have called and emailed.... to no avail. I will never use them again.
