Review content:
I took my sewing machine in to Aloha Vac n Sew to have it tuned up. When I picked it up, I carefully put it in a box and packed towels around it for the trip home. My husband lifted it out of the box and carried it to my sewing table. I went to take the towels out of the box and found a big piece of metal in the bottom. I was puzzled until I realized that it was a support piece from the bottom of my sewing machine! Upon closer inspection, I saw where it had broken off the machine and that someone had tried to repair it with liquid solder. Obviously, someone had broken it and was trying to cover their mistake but it was such a poor effort that it did not even last until I got it home. I took it back and confronted the owner and he kept denying that he was responsible and even insinuated that I had broken it myself. His ""proof"" that he wasn't responsible was that he didn't have liquid solder in his workshop. Well, someone in his store had it!! Now I am stuck with a broken machine that I DID NOT BREAK and a horrible memory of being treated like a liar. I just wanted everyone who is thinking about doing business with Aloha Vac n Sew to hear about my experience. You may want to reconsider.
