Review content:
I took my son to Sunflower for a skin condition, had the initial visit and set up a follow up vist 3 months out. My son's condition grew worse and he needed to be seen sooner. That visit was good and we set up a new follow up visit. Everything was fine until I recieved a $50 ""no-show"" charge for the first follow up visit on my bank account. When I called the office to explain that there was an error, that there were duplicate appointments, I was informed that there was no error and questioned if I knew how to read among other inappropriate comments, then hung up on because ""the conversation is going nowhere"". The treatment I received from the office staff was so outragous that I will never step foot in the office again. The nurse that treated my son was good but not worth being treated the way I was treated by the staff. Be forwarned, Sunflower is really motived by the ""no-show"" fees not by good patient services.
Cons: Rude Office Staff & Outragous $50 ""No-Show"" Fee
