I moved in about a yr ago and I loved it in the beginning but now I have had nothing but trouble in this place. When something is broke or needs fixing you have to wait forever and the only way to get it done right away is to threaten with moving out or with not paying rent, Then the next day everything is fixed. They dont monitor who they let move in they have young kids with all their friends hanging in the front stairs at all hours (by young I mean teens) there is trash all over this walk way because of that. The play ground is over run with these destructive teens, My husbands car was broken into, My ceiling leaks, as many others do, There is dog crap EVERYWHERE, the ppl that work there dont know what they are doing from one day to the next, she is so over whelmed and lost that she should have someone helping her. This place charges waaaaayyyyyyy too much for them not to fix simple problems in a timely manner. I am currently looking to move but it is hard to find a 3 bedroom in Liverpool that allows pet. UHHHGGGG
