I must say that my experience with Dr. Parikh and his staff has been completely and diametrically opposed to that of the reviewers below. My entire family including my two young ( now older) children have been seeing Dr. Parikh for as long as I can remember and I can never recall a moment where I did not receive what I saw as the highest level of care. Our needs were always met, questions answered and problems addressed in as timely a fashion as was humanly possible. We've had multiple surgeries performed with outstanding results. These two doctors will even meet you on weekends at their office even if they are not on call or scheduled to be in. Phone calls are answered at all hours, not by a nurse, but by the physician himself. Do you have to wait in their office? Sure you do.. but one must remember that these two docs are the only head and neck surgeons in all of Niagara County and are responsible for serving thousands of patients from the region day and night. I feel like I have say write all this in response to what has been said below... most of which I believe is entirely misrepresentative of this practice. Caveats in mind, these guys are as good as it gets at what they do.
Pros: Fantastic bedside manner, excellent facilities
