Review content:
Imperial Chem Dry have been cleaning my carpets for 16 years. I started with them after they were highly recommended by somebody I worked with, and I have now recommended them many times to others.
They're pleasant and prompt. I just have nothing to complain about. They do the job well, and they never cancel or leave you for two weeks before coming by. They're always there the same week you call or the beginning of the next.
I couldn't ask for anything different in their service. Allen is usually the one who comes, though once in a great while someone else will. Everyone is pleasant. Allen's a Christian man, which i love, and he sends Christian people to work on my house. There's just a comfort with them. I let Allen walk into house, and there's a complete trust factor. I have nothing negative to say about them.
