Ambler Flower Shop has great customer service. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday - they mistakenly delivered them a few days earlier than specified. When I contacted the shop about the mishap, they apologized at length and offered a complimentary cake or other arrangement to deliver to her. I took them up on their offer, and had flowers delivered on Mother's Day.
On both occasions, my mother was delighted by the beautiful flowers. I was further impressed by their desire to make the customer happy.
In sum: Ambler Flower Shop delivers quality flowers and excellent customer service.
