I walked in here very kindly asking if they had a piano tuning tools for sale. The owner responded in a pretentious tone (without asking anything about me) ""No, we don't sell any tuning tools because of the huge amount of knowledge necessary to tune a piano."" I suppose I didn't fit the stereotype of someone with enough knowledge to tune a piano. I wanted to support a local business instead of buying something off the internet, but I guess my money is better spent online than with these judgmental and extremely unfriendly ""piano experts"". Unless you like being talked down to and want feel like crap for trying to support a local business stay away!!
