Review content:
This is the second time I've purchased a pre-owned car from this dealership. Both times were positive, but this last time was truly remarkable. As a non-car person, I dreaded the process of researching cars and then. But again, The process at Ron Tonkin Acura was simple, clear and collaborative: I shared my needs and price range with my salesperson, Will Gilliland, and he showed me quality cars in that range. It felt to me as though Will actually wanted to help me get a car that would work for me (NOT just make a sale) I felt respected the entire way through the process (even when they saw my VERY old and VERY worn 1990 trade-in) and I feel confident they will be there to help should I have questions or experience problems. No pressure, no ""car sales game"", no obnoxiousness. Certainly, Will Gilliland was a major part of my positive experience. However, its clear he is backed up by a company that values and supports this kind of honest and simple interaction. I plan to keep this car for a very long time (like I did the last one), but when I need another, I will absolutely be back to Ron Tonkin Acura. Pros: professional, no-pressure, honest, fair. Cons: honestly can't think of any
