I see some unhappy people have posted but if you walk into there shop the business they do is unreal when i was there to drop mine 4 other people were there to do the same the place is packed. I read one of the guys complaints on here that he was promised an estimate in 3 days wow, i dont even know how this is possible but hell they fixed it for me in 2 weeks. It works great and they helped me pick out a battery backup. If you looking into buying a new tv talk to John over there he talked too me for 20 minutes about the differents in formats, LCD and Plasmas, bluray and teradisk. I am just amazed how knowlegdable they are, they are good people and i hope they stay as busy as ever.
