I am writing in defence for Dr. Molesworth. I worked for him for 15 months and can tell you alot of pros and cons and what you really don't see from the waiting room. I am not defending the rudeness of the receptionist, there is no excuse, especially when the customer is the bread and butter of the business.. Dr. Molestworth is a great Dr. hands down, may not always have the best bedside manner, but very devoted to what he does and is also a very good teacher... As far as the long wait, I can let you know he's not just standing around doing nothing while you wait. He is seeing all the"" FIT-Ins"" that he insist on his staff to put in until there is no more room to put them in.. I know this is an inconveince but rest assure if you had an emergency you would be a fit in.. He is one of the only vets in the State of Md. that I know of that has a tech on hand 24 hrs to watch over you pet if it has to stay in the hospital..I have always hated that about other vets. He is a very high demanded Dr. and is good at what he does. You decide at what price you can put on your pet care.. Excellent Dr... Fair prices, yes long waits.. Bring a good book and enjoy the side show of the pets... But give him a break...As far as Staff ,it is a highly stressfull job, not only do we deal with pet owners that want fast service and a good Dr. But a Dr that gets stressed out because there is not enogh of him to go around.. Why he goes through staff & other vets often... They can't stand the heat in the kitchen, but don't take it out on him...This is his life and he's Damn good at what he does....If I didn't live so far away, he would still be my choice of Vets...
Pros: Dr. Molesworth Great Vet..very caring..
Cons: Stressfull work atmosphere for all staff..
