Chambers Motorcars of Boston helped me to save a bunch of money on my Mercedes Benz C320 when I had it serviced there. I brought it in a little before the warranty would expire, and they carefully checked everything over and found some things that needed attention. When you bring it in for something simple and it ends up saving you over the long haul, there's no complaints to be made.
Pros: Thoughtful and helpful service technicians
Cons: Traffic in the area can be rough after close of business
