About 8-10 years ago, I decided to get permanent eyeliner. I didn't hesitate to call Paramedical Skin Care (Kendra). She's done permanent make up for over 15 years and I'd seen her work on several of my friends. I go back every 3-4 years to freshen it up and have never been disappointed. Quality, precision and professionalism are the reasons I continue to go back. Also, I get questions from people all the time such as, ""How do you get your eyeliner on so straight?!"" :) Kendra does a wonderful job!
