I was looking for flowers to be delivered to Simsbury and was about to order online from a big company that I've used several times that has been satisfactory, when it occurred to me that there must be local florists that I should be supporting.
An internet search turned up Robinson and after reading the other reviews posted here I chose to go with them and am very glad I did. I called around 10AM and was told the flowers could be delivered that day but probably not until late afternoon (which was fine). But around noon I received a call from the recipient to thank me for the flowers!
He raved about how gorgeous the bouquet was and what a wonderful and innovative arrangement it was (I just gave them a price and left it up to them to decide what kind of flowers to use). Delivery person was also super nice.
Usually I just got perfunctory thank yous when I sent flowers from that large company I used so it's nice to find a local company that generates this kind of excitement and appreciation. Definitely will use them again!
