Review content:
We used Jim Suchy for an inspection of a foreclosure property. The house was missing all of the appliances, Jim charged us for checking the appliances! He is a lousy person, a scammer. His own check list has as item #10 check and run all appliances, but did he give us a credit for the ones missing? No! When we called him on it, he said too bad. He made a $1200 off of us. We were even a repeat customer, having used him for the last house. Did he want to keep a customer happy and waive item #10? Give us a bit of a break as we head into a foreclosure? No. Trust me, I'm telling everyone- he's a crook! Hire anyone else to test your outlets!
