Bruce came highly recommended. The first time he did work for us it was okay.. We did have to be flexible with scheduling because he has another job; but it worked out. He put in a tile floor and toilet. Very satisfied. But painting and installation of a new front door was not satisfactory and has not yet been corrected - more than a year later. Despite this, we had him back for another job because friends vouched for his skill and honesty. This time his work was sloppy and unacceptable: Hot and cold water were reversed on new faucet. Caulking peeled off shower. Paper holder crooked on wall. New pocket door not properly sanded and stained. Holes not patched. Grout cracking. Etc., etc. Came back once (after many, many phone calls) and fixed a few things. Now he won't return phone calls and won't complete the job. Ready to go to small claims court!!!
