Junk Place, Junk Service, and definitely JUNK Pizza.......
I picked up their pizza (so called Lou's), and was excited to indulge - from my past experiences at other Lou Malnati's locations - into the pizza. My taste buds and my excitement came crashing down after only trying one bite of their pizza. Crust of the pizza seemed like old crust (could be old missed delivery) heated after I placed my order. Famous Lou's signature marinara sauce wasn't even on the pizza, and the pizza itself was cluttered with tomatoes.
I feel lucky since I didn't get food poisoning after taking few bites of their JUNK pizza (I discarded the rest of the pizza is in the dumpster).
PLEASE avoid Schaumburg location and spread the word as well, so they don't treat their loyal (from other locations) customers like piece of dirt any more.
THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL VENDETTA AGAINST LOU MALNATI'S, I am writing this review after an awful experience.
