Terrible. We stopped into the Ontario location to grab a slice of pizza. It was noontime and they had no pizza slices available. The girl behind the counter appeared bothered that she had to stop texting to come to the counter. She said slices would be ready in 8-10 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later we got our slices. There were no drinks available except for in a vending machine. They had no utensils or cups. We left figuring we hit it on a bad day.
About 2 weeks later we needed to order a pizza for dinner before we needed to be at an event. I phoned at 520pm and the girl said it would be ready ""within the hour"". After just over one full hour had passed (its now 625) I phoned again. She said they were just leaving. Another 20 minutes passed and I asked to talk to the manager. I said I was disappointed in the service. He said 'the girl said within the hour -its barely been an hour"". I said ""within the hour means by the end of the hour"". He said ""nope-it means in an hour"". Wrong. They are a mile from our house-one mile. It should not take an hour and fifteen minutes to get one pizza to us. I asked for a discount on a future purchase for the hassle and he laughed and said 'we dont deal with unreasonable customers' and hung up. Clearly we have vowed never to return.
With SO many pizza places in Webster and Ontario- Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!
