Review content:
Had my PC fail on me. Decided to go with Windows 7 but still needed all my sons baby pictures from the computer. Ecentric restored all my data and installed Windows 7 for me. When the computer was returned they hooked it up and all was well. It did however take them a extra day to finish the job but they gave me 10% off of the total for having to wait. Very satisfied all around.
