Review content:
Very frustrating as a business owner to deal with individuals who simply want to create issues for your existing business. As I recall the information which has been provided by Cw1926 is inaccurate and as anyone would know, software in Windows machines have issues. As a business all we can do to correct the problems is proceed to help our customers as much as possible. On the other hand, although we try to do so, we can not change the fact at times we find it rather difficult to deal with individuals who are irrational and demanding. Not only is it almost impossible to satisfy someone who has those characteristics, it is even harder to defend ones self from someone who intentionally lies and proceeds to slander a small business because the facts were out of range of there competency level. We value our customers and we treat them fairly. I hope if there are any questions someone would contact us directly. Thank you.
