after several years of enduring brazilian waxes at some of the best spas on both the east and west coast i booked an appointment here with nicole when my regular waxer was on vacation-- and i am now a regular here.
the most pain free wax ever, clean, friendly, relaxing and nicole was awesome, she couldn't have been more relaxed and reassuring during what can at times be an awkward experience. she also explained that the reason the waxing was virtually pain free was because they use hard wax which is far better than what i'd been getting before, who knew?
i am a regular now. it's a great salon.
Pros: hard wax!!
