THERE WAS A ROACH CRAWLING ON MY TABLE! We alerted the teenage waitress who was unnecessarily rude but she got us an immediate refund, which wasn't processing in their register correctly at first. I had to DEMAND to see a manager and was told by this waitress, ""You're already getting a refund. What's the problem?!"" Then she and the cashier said ""The managers are too busy for customers"". Craziness. The scariest part was when the manager did finally come out she (the manager) said: ""We were told that when this happens to just give the customer a refund right away."" SO, they actually have a protocol in place for when customers encounter roaches?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting. I will never eat there or at any other Golden Corral again. GROSS
