Review content:
I heard the advertisements for Metro Eye on the radio after moving to the area. I don't have a lot of spare time so I decided to make an appointment because I figured that a small shop like metro eye, they would really take care of me. I though that even more after I saw the prices that they charged. Anyway, the appointment went fine except it felt like the doctor had somewhere better to be so she rushed me through the exam. I got to the counter and I told them that I wanted to get my glasses made somewhere else (Sam's Club, which was fantastic) and they looked at me like I was crazy. After submitting the presciption picking up some delicious hummus and potato chips I went home and waited only 5 days for the lenses to be ground.
Pros: Good location Nice building
Cons: unresponsive to problems, quick to blame others, lack of Dr. patient time
