This store is like a zoo. Sometimes you can find real good deal here. If you look for a neat, clean place with good customer service, stay away from this place. I think the management should work on how to train people who work there (especially cashiers and store managers there) to have better customer service. They treat you like a prisoners with extremely bad attitudes. I know it's a crowd place and an unpleasant work environment to work at, but I believe customers don't deserve to be treated like animals. Customer Service people give you attitude when you try to return items on the upper level. Long lines, bad services, outdated products. I simply hate this place. You don't necessary find good bargains here. STAY AWAY.
