I went with my friend to the Venus Salon. She was having her roots done. We arrived for her 12:30 appointment and one of the stylist started to work on her hair. After putting on the dye my friend started experiencing some burning to her scalp which she was told that is normal. My friend has been doing the same color for years now so she knows how it should feel when you put on the dye. The dye was on for 30 minutes and then they starting to wash it off. At one point all the hairdressers gathered around her putting things on her hair. My friend finally tuched her hair and it was pulling off like ruber and the color was completely yellow. As they were trying to dry the hair it would it would just fall on the floor in bunches. About half of her hair is now about 3"" long from being below her shoulders. After the nightmere was over it was time to check out it was 6 hours later. My friend asked what are they going to do about this. Their response was ""We will not charge you for the color, only for the wash and the conditioner because that didnt burn your hair."" She went home in tears because her hair is destroyed, yellowish and she still had to pay $105. Pros: After an experience like this you can not think of any.
