Review content:
Family Dollar in Kentwood used to be my favorate store along with many of us in wheelchairs. I have walked out several times lately because the isles are so cluttered that my wheelchair cannot get into the areas needed. Yesterday I couldn't even get past the enterance because one isle had merchandice clogging it and the other isle had a customer checking out. The managers response when I confronted her again about the clutter problem was, ""Well, just tell me what you want and I will get it for you."" What, is a person in a wheelchair not able to do impulse buying at this store. What an insult to go into a store and be refused so I could shop. The store is durty. I have contacted Familydollar head quaters address on the internet a couple of times and no response and no change in the store. Look and you shall see.
