Review content:
I was a weekly costumer of Daywalt Pharmacy until today. I thought it was a great place to pay bills and buy band-aids ext. As it turns out I was wrong. When I paid this month's water bill it never made it to the water company when I asked them why they said the transaction number was wrong due to an error with Daywalts. That?s OK I thought everyone makes mistakes I will just go there and straighten this out. I was wrong again. When I got there they just pointed the finger back at the water company and refused to look into it or fax the water company the info they needed. When I asked to speak with the manager he would not talk to me. He then sent out an employee who was on her lunch break who had no idea how to help me. I went home and called the store to talk to manager after 23 minutes on hold I just hung up. After 4 calls to the water company they were able to extrapolate the info they needed from my receipt. She said that it had been a typo on the part of Daywalts. She went on to say that ?That payment location is notorious for this sort of thing and we have problems like this at least once a week from them."" This upset me because I prefer to shop at the last few remaining locally owned businesses in my town, but due to the lack of service and the cowardly behavior of the manager I will not be back.
