Review content:
I received an email from Groupon for the Last Tangle Salon. It was a $39 deal for a hair cut and highlights. My hair dresser has moved to another state and I was in the market for a new hair dresser. I thought it was a great opportunity to try a new salon and maybe find a new hair dresser. I arranged for a baby sitter to take care of my young boys and a friend to pickup my girls from school and headed for a new look. Once the hair dresser arrived, she rudely informed me that my hair is too long and I would need to pay more. She left me sitting there wondering what to do. I got up and went to the front desk and after contacting the manager or owner on the phone, I was told by the receptionist that it would cost me $30 more on top of the $39 I already paid to Groupon. Her explanation was that my hair was long!. $69 for a hair cut and highlight was still a good deal, but at that point the money was not the issue. I felt that they were not honoring their part of the deal and were trying to blame it on Groupon. The point of participating in groupon is to attract new customers and hopefully create customer loyalty. Well, you failed both!
